The management has been successfully operating internationally since 1990. The focus has always been on the hotel and catering industry.

At the beginning of 2023, the first restaurant in Mallorca was taken over in Peguera and, after an intensive construction period of 7 months, opened on November 9th, 2023 under the name "GOURMET BOUTIQUE".

In spring 2024, management decided to change the name of the restaurant to RESTAURANT BULEVAR in order to raise awareness among a wider range of guests.

Our offer is a symbiosis between Mediterranean and selected Western European cuisine, combined with sophisticated wines and spirits.

Delicious drinks and cocktails as well as excellent fruit and wine brandies await you. Choose from 16 different whiskeys or the best vodkas like Beluga Goldline.

Happy hour is every Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
